Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes may not be possible.

All cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Name and Email used for the order

Refunds will be processed once we receive proof that the return has been shipped (tracking number or receipt).

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at aliviura@hotmail.com with clear photos.

You may choose:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Only one option can be selected per order.

Note:

  • Damage to packaging alone does not qualify
  • Damage from misuse or normal wear is not covered

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (couriers, customs, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays after shipment

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If incorrect information is provided and not reported within 24 hours, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
